Hi, I’m Ana. The face behind Sculpted Standard.

My journey began in the medical field, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health from Texas A&M University, before going on to become a Registered Nurse and later completing my Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Austin.

As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), I’ve had the opportunity to work in high-level clinical settings, including at MD Anderson Cancer Center. That experience shaped how I view health, longevity, and patient care on a much deeper level.

At the same time, fitness has always been a constant in my life. From athletics in high school to years of strength training, I developed a long-term passion for building a strong, capable body.

Over time, I started to notice a gap.

In both healthcare and the fitness space, women are often given pieces of the puzzle, but rarely a complete, sustainable approach.

Some are given strict diets with no long-term plan.
Others rely on cardio without ever building muscle.
And more recently, many are turning to tools like GLP-1 medications without the structure needed to support their body through that process.

That’s where everything clicked for me.

The real solution isn’t one or the other, it’s the combination.
